Tellapur an upcoming premium residential locality is growing due to its strategic location alongside ORR. It is adjacent to ORR and 20 min away from Mumbai Highway. The RGI Airport is just 50 mins away from Tellapur. It has a well developed infrastructure.  It is easily accessible to IT hubs such as Hi-Tech City and Gachibowli. Hyderabad Central University and BHEL Township are within 5km of Tellapur. Serilingampally and Nallagandla are some of the localities close to Tellapur. Bachupally is located near ORR and Bollaram Road. It has emerged as a preferred residential and commercial destination and is developing at a rapid pace. It is close to Bowrampet. The nearest railway stations include Hi-Tech City railway station, Hafeezpet railway station and Borabanda railway station. This locality is witnessing an increase in population owing to its proximity to the commercial hubs of Gachibowli and Hi-Tech City. Adibatla is another fast upcoming residential area located in Ranga reddy District. Vanasthalipuram, LB Nagar and Ibrahimpatnam are in its neighbourhood. It is 20 km away from the airport. Adibatla is within 3 km from ORR making it feasible for IT professionals. It has good social infrastructure. It has witnessed a significant transformation after the IT and aviation companies set their offices in this area. Located in Ranga reddy, this place is gaining prominence due to the TATA Aerospace SEZ. It connects to the city through the outer ring road. This place is considered as an excellent investing option with good returns of investment. Adibatla is expected to be the next IT hub in near future. It is a peaceful pollution free area in the South East zone of Hyderabad.
